MONBAN was born in 2019 in Valdobbiadene, where Matteo Bisol has resumed the production of wines with spontaneous fermentations in the wake of tradition. MONBAN cultivates 9 hectares in the hills in Collalbrigo, 6 dedicated to vineyards (Glera, Glera Lunga and Marzemino) and 3 to woods. Viticulture is respectful of the environment and aims to preserve the ecosystem, the harvest is manual and the yields are contained. In the cellar, fermentations are spontaneous and the wines are not filtered, with the aim of preserving the character of the terroir and the naturalness of the juice.
