After having cut our teeth in the Gard and then in the Lot, we are now looking for our piece of vines in the Beaujolais. While waiting to find our piece of heart, we vinify organic and biodynamic grapes, bought on the vine. We vinify as naturally as possible, no input, except a micro dose of sulphite only if necessary. Our wines are manually pressed (with elbow grease!), unfiltered.
