The Domaine de la Bruges is located on the Plateau des Gras, at the foot of the Dent de Rez in the commune of Saint Remèze. We are two brothers, Mathieu and Quentin and we are the 4th generation to invest in the family business, well supported by the father, a young retiree, Dominique. We work our land in polycultures, vines, lavandins and olive trees, all in organic farming and since 2021 we have been vinifying part of our vines ourselves. In the cellar we act as close as possible to the grapes, few inputs are used and we try to be as little interventionist as possible. We have a cellar in the village (11 rue Saint André 07700 Saint Remèze) do not hesitate to stop there to come and taste our wines as well as to discover our olive oils and our lavender essential oil.
