Mathieu Allante and Christian Boulanger have worked at the famous Domaine Labet for over 15 years, alongside Charline, Romain and Julien Labet. At the same time, they patiently built their own vineyard by recovering small plots over the years and opportunities. Sometimes they had to clear, plant or do extensive reclamation work. A work of patience in order to develop their own wines, without concession. Today their estate has around 3 hectares of Jura grape varieties: Savagnin, Chardonnay, Petit Béclan, Poulsard, Gamay and Pinot. They are planted on gentle slopes, mainly facing south and west, at an altitude of 250 to 320 meters. The soils consist of Triassic and Jurassic marl on Bajocian limestone. The vines are managed according to the principles of biodynamics. The estate also has two cellars: one in Rotalier where Christian lives and the other at Mathieu's in Gizia, 15 km further south. As the vines are located between these two villages, this organization is quite practical. The vinifications are carried out using indigenous yeasts, without added sulphites. The sometimes long aging takes place in old barrels.

Mathieu Allante et Christian Boulanger travaillent au célèbre Domaine Labet depuis plus de 15 ans, aux côtés de Charline, Romain et Julien Labet. En parallèle, ils ont patiemment construit leur propre vignoble en récupérant de petites parcelles au fil des années et des opportunités. Il leur a fallu parfois défricher, planter ou effectuer un important travail de remise en état. Un travail de patience afin d'élaborer leurs propres vins, sans concession.

Aujourd’hui leur domaine compte environ 3 hectares de cépages jurassiens : Savagnin, Chardonnay, Petit Béclan, Poulsard, Gamay et Pinot. Ils sont plantés en pentes douces, principalement orientées sud et ouest, à une altitude de 250 à 320 mètres. Les sols sont constitués de marnes du Trias et du Jurassique sur calcaire Bajocien. Les vignes sont conduites selon les principes de la biodynamie.

Le domaine compte aussi deux caves : l’une à Rotalier où vit Christian et l’autre chez Mathieu à Gizia à 15 km plus au sud. Les vignes étant situées entre ces deux villages, cette organisation s’avère plutôt pratique. Les vinifications sont menées en levures indigènes, sans sulfites ajoutés. Les élevages, parfois longs, se déroulent en vieilles barriques.
