Nicely floral and a little funky. Acidic but rounder, some melon going on.
acidic nose, slight lychee, sour apple, slight bitterness, lovely wine. slight funk, absolutely natural wine, chilled, let it warm a bit to experience other notes (more butter sour notes). Very low ABV 10.5 great starter.
nose is fresh, earthly grilled lemon. taste is citrus, lemon, tart, tart in mid pallette and finishes a little bitter. It yurns for food, next time a nice salad with some fish perhaps.

Le blanc nature de base du fabuleux domaine Partida Creus, dans le bas Penedés, en Catalogne. Idéal pour l'apéro. Un vin frais, sec, minéral, à l'acidité vivifiante. Épices, levure, fruits mûrs, zeste d'orange, légers tannins. Pas trop funky. Très glouglou.
