Family-run holding that has been engaged in olive-growing for four generations with the production of extra-virgin olive oils of the highest quality obtained from mono cultivars in the Municipality of Pianella. Results of a serious dedication that Marina Palusci and family have decided to realize, with the same spirit and passion, also in the production of nat ural wine, with the first sales carried out only in 2009 and positive responses from the critics of the sector. Seven hectares of vines, of which today only three are transformed planted in Montepulciano, Pecorino, Passerina and Moscato rosa distributed in four parcels, with relative production of as many single-vineyard labels: the intention is to return the specificities of each vineyard. The soils are composed mainly of clays and only copper and sulfur are used in the vineyard. The same idea is applied in the winery with winemaking through spontaneous fermentation and the exclusion of any additive, including so2.
