The Domaine des Fauvettes is located in Uchizy, north of Macon, in Burgundy. The company was born from the husbands Maryse Chatelain and Alexandre Jouveaux who moved from Paris to Burgundy in the early 90s. From the outset, they embraced a philosophy of minimal intervention and environmental sustainability. The harvest is manual and the grapes are then pressed with a hand press and without any addition. All wines are bottled without sulfur and the total production is reduced.
