Un jolie goût de fruit, assez équilibré. Servi avec des noix de saint Jacques
Dégusté avec du fromage. Fraîcheur du fruit (pêche blanche, mirabelle). Très droit sans être dans la sécheresse en bouche. Perlant sans excès (carafer si le gaz vous rebute). Merci au caviste !
Très exubérant au niveau aromatique. Petite bulle au début. Sur les citrons.
Une belle rondeur florale légèrement sucrée avec une première approche en bouche tendu.
Bel assemblage de Chenin blanc et Chardonnay, à la fois très minéral et aromatique, un régal !
Gourmand et long en bouche mais sur une belle fraîcheur ...joli or ! Un bonbon !
