We are passionate about the vineyard, and it all starts here. We bought our first "bushel" in 2006 and we were the first to achieve organic certification in vineyards of the Zalema and Listán del Condado varieties. A few years later we got all the licenses and pilgrims to be able to produce in our own winery. Our style is little interventionist, the fermentation is carried out with native yeasts and without additives, we only guide and accompany the natural winemaking process. A Palmerina and a Cacabelense who try to combine the art of the wines of La Palma del Condado (Huelva) with the philosophy of the wines of El Bierzo.
