Jean-Claude Tergal by Tronchet. Il veut peux-être se faire un saumon dans la Loire. Je suis moins penaud que ce cher J-C, nez sur la pomme, bulles rafraîchissantes, ça s'ouvre très vite dans le verre, belle tension minérale. Ça te mettrais presque la gaule tellement c'est jouissif. 👍❤️
Great pet nat! Full bodied and very pleasant bubbles... chalky, dry almost champagne like.

9.2 / selection massale / im rating this a little lower than I would like, because I went into this with super low expectations and was blown away. This is a perfect little pet nat. No denying that. Visually very clear, fresh clipped grass on the nose. Perfect bubbles. Not assertively acidic. Nothing I just said describes why I like this wine so much. I'm admittedly not super smart when it comes to describing wine. This a good one though, I can't imagine anyone would disagree. It is not as challenging as some natural wines can be, it's well made, it's yummy. Ok, I'll shut up now. :)
