This unique 18th century construction has only known one way of making wine during all its years of existence, the natural and artisan way. The motto of Vinos Cueva is "Grape and nothing else". At Cueva, respect for the environment, biodiversity, and health prevail. That's why we only use organically grown grapes. Tempranillo, Bobal, which is the grape with the most antioxidant properties, and Tardana, late-maturing, ideal for making sparkling wines with a low alcohol content. Its aging cellar gives the wines rest and the right temperature, making them calm and exclusive. The natural elaboration, without filters or treatments, is combined with the latest technology in the conservation, bottling and labeling of the natural products that come out of Bodega Cueva. Cueva has certification and seals from the Committee of Ecological Agriculture of the Valencian Community

En el Corazón de la Comarca de Utiel – Requena, rodeada de cepas centenarias situada a 600 metros de altura, Bodega Cueva está emplazada en el centro de la aldea de La Portera, en el interior de Valencia, en el Mediterráneo español. Esta singular construcción del siglo XVIII, solo ha conocido una forma de hacer vino durante todos sus años de existencia, la natural y artesana. El lema de Vinos Cueva es “Uva y nada más”. En Cueva prima el respeto por el Medio Ambiente, la biodiversidad, y la salud. Por eso solo utilizamos uvas de cultivo ecológico. La tempranillo, la Bobal, que es la uva con más propiedades antioxidantes, y la Tardana, de maduración tardía, ideal para elaborar vinos espumosos con poca graduación. Su cava de crianza, conceden a los vinos el reposo y la temperatura adecuada, los convertidos en tranquilos y exclusivos. La elaboración natural, sin filtros ni tratamientos, se combina con la última tecnología en la conservación, embotellado y etiquetado de los productos naturales que salen de Bodega Cueva.
