Minadze's Marani (wine cellar) Phersvi is a small family winery,which is located in western Georgia, region of Imereti, village of Persati.The vilage is surrounded by Ajameti Nature Reserve and mountains of persati. We've been making natural wines by traditional imeretian rules, which means wine maceration goes on 15-30% of grape skins. We makes qvevri wines (qvevri is a clay pitcher under the ground),we don't filtering wines. Our winery have been producing 3 000 bottles wine in a year.
