The history of our company begins in 1874, when a small family-run business was born; the principles of organic farming and respect for the wine heritage are the two pillars on which a twenty years we build our work. About 4 ha of arable land and 4 ha of vines, 3 of which of Istrian Malvasia. This last vineyard which boasts 50-year-old plants is the protagonist of our only wine, a refermented in the bottle without disgorgement which rests on the lees for 18 months before being marketed.
