Nonno Sante began to itch wine in 1960 and Marco as a child learned how the fruit of that vineyard was precious. Today Marco, together with his wife Valentina, cultivates the 4.5 hectares of vineyards on calcareous marl and trachyte soils in the southern territory of the Euganean Hills Padua.In the vineyard the treatments are based on copper, sulfur and minimal processing with a small tractor to do not step on the ground. In the cellar the grapes arrive in the small house and are then de-stemmed and pressed manually. The fermentation takes place spontaneously and the refinement takes place in small concrete barrels. No use of chemicals and synthetic products in the entire winemaking process. Marco says his wines are constantly evolving.
