The new cellar that they had built built with natural materials resembles the vision of Frédéric and Manuela Martin concerning the making of their nectars: juices closer to nature because their vineyard located in Souvignargues in the Gard and which s he spread over 8 hectares is carried out in Organic Agriculture while in Cave Frédéric sets out to vinify with the least possible intervention, with indigenous yeasts and a use of sulphites reduced to the strict minimum. 8 hectares of vines therefore, including 5 from Carignan and Cinsault, the kings of Languedoc grape varieties, vines of around fifty years well adapted to the soil and the climate which allow to produce real local wines, sincere wines, easy to drink for some or complex for others, but authentic, lively and precise juices.
