The company was born in 2015 from a passion for nature and the world of wine. With Alessandro Viola who in previous years came to visit me in my wine bar in Bologna, we begin to talk about this magnificent world of wine linked to simplicity and nature. It all started talking about my grandfather's land in the mountains of Alcamo where a vineyard could have given us great emotions. Thus, with the help of my cousin Sergio, the dream came true. Today I produced the first labels that I dedicate to my grandfather Nicola Stellino! There are two vineyards, the first at 350 msl on the north-west side of Monte Bonifato of 2 hectares, and the second at 650 msl on the north face of 1.5 hectares. On average, I carry out 2/3 sulfur treatments per year and practice green manure with the aid of a small tractor. Manual harvesting in the first ten days of September and I proceed with spontaneous fermentations and I do not use any chemicals in all stages of production. To date I don't have organic certifications by choice, I'll let the wines prove it... I limit production with the aim of achieving the right balance of grapes and plants.

Due i vigneti, il primo a 350 msl sul lato nord-ovest del Monte Bonifato di 2 ettari, e il secondo a 650 msl fronte nord di 1,5 ettari. Mediamente eseguo 2/3 trattamenti di zolfo per anno e pratico il sovescio con l&rsquo;ausilio di un piccolo trattore. Raccolta manuale nella prima decade di settembre e procedo con fermentazioni spontanee e non faccio alcun uso chimico in tutte le fasi produttive. Ad oggi non ho certificazioni bio per scelta, lascio che siano i vini a dimostrarlo&hellip; Limito la produzione con l&rsquo;obiettivo di raggiungere il giusto equilibrio delle uve e delle piante.</p>
