The company was born from the passion of Eleonora and Luigi, two boys from Genoa, who in 2009 left everything to pursue the peasant dream. Already passionate about natural wine, the road was clear right away: to produce genuine and local wines. Our vineyard is 64 years old, faces south at an altitude of 350 m above sea level. We use biodynamic techniques (green manure and preparations) and no synthetic products. Only low dose copper (within the limits of biodynamics) and sulphur. In the cellar we do not filter, we do not clarify, we use indigenous yeasts and all our wines have from 10 to 30 mg/l of total sulfur dioxide. The company also houses a restaurant and some guest rooms.
