Created by our grandfather and developed by our parents, the Domaine today extends over 12 ha, 10 ha for red and 2 ha for white on terroirs located in the south of the appellation. We have been farming our vineyard organically since 2007 using biodynamic practices.
Until 2010, the grapes were brought to the Tain l'Hermitage cellar. We produced our first bottles in the 2010 vintage.
“In constant pursuit of respect for the environment, our interventions, in the vineyard and in the cellar, simply aim to accompany the grapes, then the wine, towards its most authentic expression…”.
Adaptation to climate change: Adapt our practices on the vine by leaving more foliage and helping the soil to protect itself from dryness with plant covers to increase organic matter.
Invisible energies: organic, biodynamics and geobiology: Dynamization of soil life with biodynamic preparations. Balancing energies and increasing the vibration rate by laying standing stones.
Remain consistent with local solutions to cover the needs of the vines and the soil: manure, seeds and local trellising.
