Montebuono 1996 Croatina 50%, Uva Rara 30%, Vespolina 20%. Oltrepo Pavese DOC Lino Maga - Broni Rosso granato, trasparente, consistente. Sensazioni fresche al naso, salvia, eucalipto, odori di falegnameria, sensazioni speziate del fernet Branca, salsa di soia. Largo in bocca, fluido. Acidità sostenuta, moderato calore, tessitura vellutata dei tannini e salinità che gradualmente prende il sopravvento. Sensazione gustativa a metà strada tra la pesca noce non del tutto matura e lo yogurt compatto. Vino dinamico, teso, lungo, bella beva. Suolo, tufo e ghiaia con parti sabbiose. Vigneto di tre ettari, 6.000 ceppi per ettaro, vendemmia manuale. Fermentazione spontanea in botti di rovere, macerazione 7-9 giorni .
Ottimo, gran bella bottiglia. La scorsa bevuta della stessa annata la ricordo inferiore, questa è più elegante, pulita, e bellissimi profumi.
Ruvido e fruttone come te lo aspetti, poca acidità, zero zuccheri, tannini ruvidi e leggera carbonica. Autunnale.
