I joined my parents on the Ruhlmann Dirringer estate in 2017, located in Dambach la Ville in Alsace.
Since then I have been producing my range of natural wines, under my name: Léo Dirringer.
13 ha, around forty plots, mainly located in Dambach-la-ville. Granite soils, very sandy on the hillsides and silty in the plains.
Organic viticulture with among others; sowing and rolling of green manure, use of herbal teas and decoctions (horsetail, nettle, wicker) to reduce copper / sulfur doses, Guyot Poussard pruning and disbudding.
Long pressing 7-9h, run off by gravity.
Vinification and aging mainly in Alsatian casks, indigenous yeasts.
Bottled without any input or filtration.
