While waiting to find vines and settle in, in 2018 we set up a small business in the Gers, where Leïla had family ties. We buy our grapes in the wine-growing countries closest to us (Armagnac, Gaillac, Fronton) from fellow winegrowers, themselves producers, who respect the soil, the plant and the environment and are for the most part certified organic or in conversion. We vinify these grapes using indigenous yeasts and without any input. Leïla being a great lover of white macerations and having done internships with winemakers themselves producers of orange wines, we work the vast majority of white grapes in maceration. We age our wines for 10/12 months in Spanish "tinajas" (amphorae) or in barrels.
