Un vin qui porte bien son nom ! Gamay en pure macération carbonique sur 16, ça donne un fruit d’enfer, avec du « reviens-y ». Une bouteille qui ne fait pas long feu ! Nez de fruits rouges mûrs, avec les arômes de macération. En bouche, c’est croquant, juteux, avec de jolies tanins, et une bonne persistance en bouche. 👌🏻👍
Ça, c’était vraiment bon :) Petit frisé qui se défrise au fil du temps. Vin de très grande soif!

Un peu dégouté, probablement une mauvaise bouteille ou mauvaise cuvée ou trop jeune ? Goût de jambon fumé sur la fin, pourtant l'odeur promettait :/
Très gouleyant et tout sur le fruit! Un très bon gamay aux touches de fruits rouges ! Il ressemble tellement à son vigneron: généreux et vivant !!
Alors ça c'est canon, et c'est bon effectivement ! 😉 après un joli secouage de compet' (lot of gas !), le vin pète de fruits rouges, burlat, gourmand ! Miam !
