Since 1626, the Vaillant family has passed down their family lands from generation to generation. Brothers and sisters, with our team, we have been practicing biodynamics since 2008. To express the authenticity of our products. wines, we pay particular attention to the work at hand. the vine.
Biodynamics allows us to have a global approach to the plant and the environment based on the influences that come from the earth, air and water. The vine thrives in the best possible environment, which makes it less susceptible to parasites and limits applications of copper mixture and sulfur.
À the cellar, we intervene very little on the wines, no exogenous input and little transfer. All our wines are without added sulphites, unfined, unfiltered, at a low price. with the exception of wines residual sugars (2 to 3mg/L of SO2). We favor fruit days for racking and bottling.
No orange wines at the moment.
