We practice regenerative agriculture, with entirely manual work, from the maintenance of the vines to the harvest. Fertilization is provided by compost and natural infusions, such as nettle. No herbicides or chemicals are used. For a few months, we have been integrating microbiology by following the indigenous yeasts present on the vines. Our wines are made without filtration, without additives, with indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention and slow fermentation.
