Malvoisie du Roussillon or “Tourbat” almost disappeared from the Catalan and French terroir at the beginning of the century because of its low resistance to certain vine diseases. It was present on all the great tables of the nobility in the 19th century, which made it called "wine of kings". In order to obtain a wine typical of the Catalan country, we work the Malvasia of Roussillon in assembly with old white Grenache centenary. This wine goes perfectly with oily fish such as anchovies and salmon, seafood, paella and bourride or cheeses.
