Whether to raise soil or no-tillage, and whether to adopt biodynamics or homeopathy depends on the field conditions and crops. It's actually very difficult, but I'm not going to stick to one farming method. We have an environment in which we can obtain high quality grapes other than our own farms, but we do not impose our philosophy on the farmers who provide the grapes. How to brew wine The same idea applies to winemaking at Nogakuzo.
