It is since January 2015 that Alice, Sophie and Julien have chosen to tame the magnificent terroir of the Château, taking over from Andréa and Antony who have produced organic wines full of fruit and finesse since 1990. Thanks to the support and care given to the land for 30 years, we are fortunate to settle on 9.5ha of a unique terroir cultivated organically for 25 years. We are convinced that only living soils from healthy agriculture and free of chemicals can allow the expression of the terroir. In our soils, our hedges, our grass, our trees, ... we try daily to promote the living. Depending on the vintages, we will choose to sow, work the soil or favor natural grass. This long-term approach makes it possible to express all the originality of the place and makes all oenological makeup unnecessary. In the same spirit as in the vineyard, we work with care and as naturally as possible in our cellars. Our harvest is manual and the grapes are sorted in the vineyard and on the table once they arrive at the winery. Nothing is added to the grape except a slight sulphiting. Depending on the different terroir potentials of our plots, we will choose short extraction and vatting for fresh fruit wines and longer and more intense for our plots, offering us the most ripe and rich musts. We have chosen small tanks to work on the plot, some are also equipped with wide hatches for a softer peg extraction. Our wines are neither fined nor filtered.
