Mas Levigné is a small area of 2.6 hectares located north of Cahors on the Causse du Lot outside the appellation, consisting of Merlot for the red and Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Roussanne for the white. Julien Chastagnol, electronic music producer (Ruby My Dear) takes over the family estate in 2020 and produces natural wines without inputs. I use fermented extracts, decoction and herbal tea of horsetail, nettle, comfrey, willow, matricaria, pisenlit, achilea millefolium, valerian to reduce as much as possible the doses of copper and sulfur (on average less than 1 kg of copper per year and per hectare). With a low yield, around 20 hl / ha, the wines are concentrated and perfectly express the terroir of the Causse du Lot.
