Citrus, fennel and apple. Lovely weight and balance, no Chardonnay fat, and no oak. Went beautifully with food. A touch of minerality would have made it perfect.

ho Ho HOO J’ai attendu Noel et un bon film seul devant la TV pour réouvrir cette bouteille achetée en Bourgogne. Seigneur, une réussite totale. Des pointes de poires, de citron et de Bruce Willis.
