Prelvm is a personal project of Juan Leandro Romero that begins in 2018. We are in El Raposo, a district of Badajoz in the south of Extremadura. We currently work on 13 hectares owned by different varieties certified in organic farming in which viticulture with minimal intervention is carried out. We work with plant covers, hedges and bird nests to promote the biodiversity of our plots. We make wines with as little intervention as possible. We carry out manual harvests at night with boxes, selection of bunches at the table and spontaneous fermentation. Wines that are not clarified, stabilized or filtered. Wines that clarify on their own while they are aged in clay, cement and oak vessels. In the year 2020 we began the recovery of a minority variety of which only the strains that we currently have remain. An exciting project. And in this 2023 we became part of the "living soils" project, another project that we are passionate about in order to provide our vineyards with the necessary tools to achieve the greatest possible diversity in them.

Prelvm es un proyecto personal de  Juan Leandro Romero que da comienzo en el año 2018. 
Nos encontramos en El Raposo, una pedanía de Badajoz al sur de Extremadura.
Actualmente trabajamos sobre 13 hectáreas en propiedad  de diferentes variedades certificadas en agricultura ecológica en las que se realiza una viticultura de mínima intervención.  Trabajamos con cubiertas vegetales,  setos y nidos para pájaros para favorecer la biodiversidad de nuestras parcelas.
Elaboramos vinos con la mínima intervención posible. Realizamos vendimias manuales nocturnas con cajas, selección de racimos en mesa y fermentaciones espontáneas. Vinos que no se clarifican, ni se estabilizan, ni se  filtran. Vinos que clarifican solos mientras se van criando en vasijas de barro, cemento y roble.  
En el año 2020 comenzamos la recuperación de una variedad minoritaria de que solo quedan las cepas que en estos momentos tenemos. Un proyecto apasionante.
Y en este 2023 entramos a formar parte del proyecto “suelos vivos” otro proyecto que nos apasiona para poder dotar a nuestros viñedos de las herramientas necesarias para conseguir tener en ellos la mayor diversidad posible.
