Cap de Nit is a small Josie and Josh garage cellar where produce red wine, orange and natural ancestral from the Moscatel de Alejandría and Giró varieties. The vineyards that we work are located in the Marina Alta, in the coastal mountain range Alicante near the Mediterranean. Here viticulture it is organic and consists of manual labor. The parcels are small and often hidden among almond, olive and orange trees No type of additives are used in the elaboration, the wines rest in amphora and stainless steel. The intention is to preserve the pure character of the grape and produce a sustainable food.
