Pinyolet Vinyaters is a project by Josep Piñol, in Rasquera, a municipality in the province of Tarragona. Since 2016 he has been running the family farm and winery with the concern of experimenting in vinification without intervention with local varieties. It cultivates its vineyards organically, being in conversion since 2019. The great diversity in the mosaic of crops, stone margins, meadows of aromatic plants and forests favor the balance in biodiversity and offer shelter to all kinds of useful fauna. It began to produce natural wines in 2018, Since 2019 the farm is in conversion to organic cultivation, a decision made after the experience lived in the industrial cultivation of fruit trees in Lleida. In the winery he makes his wines by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without intervention or correction. It does not filter or clarify your natural wines.
