Our domain is located in Benagéber in an area known as Alto Turia. We only work 3 Ha although we may continue to expand our work area little by little.
Regarding the way of cultivation, thanks to the fact that our project is to recover an abandoned vineyard, it already had a balance in the soil at a biological level that allows us to work without any phytosanitary treatment. To respect this balance we have decided to cultivate without tilling the land and in this way also reduce the cost of exploitation and the consumption of fossil fuels.
The harvest is always done manually and selecting healthy and ripe grapes.

The fermentation of the grapes is carried out with wild yeasts spontaneously. We respect the qualities of our grapes, so in the winery we try to make them the protagonists, we control the quantities of tannins with the maceration times and the presses and we leave the wines clean by moving the wine between tanks.
