I am a vigneron independant, and of course I am the only worker in my vineyards and in my cellar (my family and friends help me in harvest time), I make nature wine only from my organic certificated vineyards in Bierzo appellation, Spain since 2010. This is my work. I have almost 2 ha of vineyards all of them certificated Organic by UE and is It my only work. I make every year around 8.000 bottles that I sell in Spain and 8 countries. All of my distributors all specialiced in nature, organic and biodinamyc wine. My strategies: Only use organic certificated grapes Only use nature yeastsh Don’t use lactic bacteria added Don’t use enzymes added Don’t use additives Don’t use sulfites added our red wine has less than 10 mg/L of total sulfites Don`t filter I have four kinds of indigenous varieties: Mencia (black wine) ,Godello and Doña Blanca (white wine) and next year I will make a grape called "Pan y Carne" nobody has It! I make nature wine because I like organic farming and healthy products my wine is also fermented must grape. I attached you my organic certificates and analisys of 19 vintage.
