About
I was so excited when I heard of the return of Jordi Sanfeliù, the Catalan natural wine pioneer whose wines I loved from the moment I first tasted them 10 years ago, and who had vanished during the last three or four years, that I ordered a case of the white and a case of the red. The first of the whites smelled and tasted like sherry. The second, a little bit less oxidized, but also like sherry. How can a wine that was bottled so recently be so intensely oxidized? Is it intentional? Has anyone else tasted this?
