The estate extends over 4.5 hectares located in the town of La Varenne – Orée d’Anjou (49) on hillsides located along the south bank of the Loire. The cellar is in the town of Oudon (44) on the right bank of the Loire opposite the vines. At the crossroads of Anjou and the Nantes vineyard, the terroir offers a multiplicity of subsoils with grape varieties ranging from Gamay to Melon de Bourgogne through Pinot Gris. The estate is conducted in Organic Agriculture (currently in the 2nd year of conversion) with the guideline of reducing inputs to the vineyard (sulphur and copper treatments) as in the cellar, respect for biodiversity, landscapes and soils, making it possible to create lively wines, pleasant to drink and digestible, in a natural and above all convivial spirit. The vinifications are carried out with indigenous yeasts, the wines are unfiltered, the harvest is manual. It is sometimes possible that I add sulphur, especially when bottling.

Le domaine s’étend sur 4,5 hectares situés sur la commune de La Varenne – Orée d’Anjou (49) sur des coteaux situés en bord de la rive sud de la Loire. Le chai quand à lui est sur la commune d’Oudon (44) sur la rive droite de la Loire en face des vignes. A la croisée de l’Anjou et du vignoble Nantais, le terroir offre une multiplicité de sous-sols avec un encépagement allant du Gamay au Melon de Bourgogne en passant par le Pinot Gris.

Le domaine est conduit en Agriculture Biologique (actuellement en 2ème année de conversion) avec pour ligne de conduite une réduction des intrants à la vigne ( traitements soufre et cuivre) comme à la cave, un respect de la biodiversité, des paysages et des sols, permettant de créer des vins vivants, agréables à boire et digestes, dans un esprit nature et surtout convivial. Le vinifications sont conduite en levures indigènes, les vins non filtrés, les vendanges sont manuelles. Il est parfois possible que j’ajoute du soufre, notamment a la mise en bouteille.
