We have two different small vineyards, around 13000 square meters in total, both located in Lisbon wine region, specifically in Torres Vedras. We work organically, without synthetic products and with a lot of passion. Hand harvesting but tractor treated and in the winery fermentations start naturally and we use small amounts of sulfur. Nothing else is done, besides the care we have with cleaning.
