It is the most distant dream that I have. I had the chance to make others, but this one has been close to my heart for a very long time. I am starting the adventure and I fully intend to continue it. After working in the wine world for about fifteen years, I took over the family lands in Provence in 2014. The vineyard is divided into several terroirs located at the foot of Sainte Victoire, on the southern side next to Aix en Provence. . I have been practicing biodynamics since my installation and I have been certified in Organic Agriculture since the 2017 vintage. My orientation is to work the vines as close as possible to the natural with maximum connection with our environment. In 2016, I made my first vintage a 100% black Carignan red wine vinified without inputs, with a minimal dose of sulphites. I hope to best communicate my inspirations and wish you sweet dreams.
