C est génial avec les huîtres normandes !!! Tendu ,sur les fruits blancs ,c'est tonique et salivant 😋
Un Melon de Bourgogne qui ne provient pas du Pays Nantais mais du nord de la Bourgogne. Une belle fraîcheur, une salinité importante et de beaux agrumes... manque les coquillages et crustacés pour compléter le tableau!
Un superbe hommage au Melon de Bourgogne : on retrouve la typicité du terroir de Vezelay, après une attaque fraîche et minérale. Des notes moelleuses qui le distinguent d’un Muscadet Sèvre et Maine. Sans levures sélectionnées, peu de sulfites, pas de chaptalisation et un travail d’élevage naturel.
Ça s'enfile tranquillement à l'apéro. Un peu gras, un peu vif. Bien fait quoi ! L bourgogne propre et abordable, que demande le peuple!!??
Toujours bon, ce melon. Une bouteille généreuse pour un prix simple. Vous pouvez prendre sans hésitation.
Wonderful Easy going wine, super fruit and tang. Very light, crisp apple and pear Elderflower notes, lime rind. Long pepper finish.
