Formidable, finesse des bulles, rondeur Ce crémant est un assemblage d’auxerrois, de chardonnay et de pinot gris issus des vendanges 2017 et 2018, auxquels ont été rajoutés des jus 2019 afin provoquer la prise de mousse en bouteilles. Le nez, brioché et vineux, évoque les fruits secs. La bouche est à la fois ronde et saline, fluide et persistante.
