Pineau d'Aunis is a rare grape from the loire region that was famous during the middle ages. Despite its rare use now we can encounter it on this fantastic all natural wine with a denomination called S.A.I.N.S (Sans Aucun Intrant ni Sulfites Ajoutes) that promises never to use added sulfites to the production. It has subtle herbal and spicy flavors, little funky. This wine has been fermented organically in fiber glass tanks rather than wooden ones. A fantastic taste for anyone
Dear 6 oz baby Jesus this was delicious. Funky, nice sizzle on the tongue. Would 9/10 go on a 2nd date with this again

Licorice, cedar and cranberry on the nose. Vibrant, acidic red fruit with earthy undertones on the tongue. Pretty nice! Recommend to put it in a carafe to let it open up some. Great flavors!
Vin SAINS sans sulfite ajouté, le poivre blanc est bien présent, très bonne bouteille.
Started out peppery and very very light. A stunning, delicate wine. A touch reductive but that didn’t hang around.
Hyper frais ! Belle acidité qui réveille et qui met en joie. On m'avait parlé des vins de Robineau et des vieux Pineau d'Aunis qu'il avait fait. Première fois que je goûtais et c'est très bon !
