Jean-Michel PETIT settled in 1990 and created the Domaine de la Renardiere. With the help of his wife Laurence, he is developing the farm, which today covers just under 7 hectares. From the start, quality guidelines and knowledge of the terroirs are the priorities. Over time, fundamental work develops and develops, namely: - Tillage between and under the rows and / or grassing of the plots - No chemical fertilizers - Short waist - Vinification and aging plot by plot - Indigenous yeasts - Aging in wood - Various experiments. - “Officialization” of organic practices with conversion in 2012 - Biodynamic practices (silica and horn dung) since 2011 on half of the plots.
