It is always with the same attention as since 1610, our family business Domaine GINGLINGER Jean & Fils, brings the know-how of the winemaker so that you can, every day, get the best product on your table. All our grape varieties are planted on plots maintained with permanent organic concern (organic certification and biodynamic practices). The domain includes approximately 6 Ha of vines on the ban of the town of Pfaffenheim only. A large part of our plots are located in the Grand Cru appellation area. A rigorous choice of the products used, a grassing of the plots, attentive care of our vines throughout the year, an entirely manual harvest (grapes sorted and selected), are all quality criteria that allow us to harvest grapes healthy and promising. Logically, in the cellar: technical interventions that can alter the bacterial life of wine are prohibited, as well as any addition of chemical, with the exception, if necessary, of sulphites in very small quantities. The maximum tolerated total SO² doses are 30 mg / l for reds, 40 mg / l for whites.

C’est avec toujours la même attention que depuis 1610, notre exploitation familiale Domaine GINGLINGER Jean & Fils, apporte le savoir-faire du vigneron pour que vous puissiez, tous les jours, obtenir le meilleur produit sur votre table. Tous nos cépages sont plantés sur des parcelles entretenues avec un souci biologique permanent (certification biologique et pratiques biodynamiques). Le domaine comporte environ 6 Ha de vignes sur le ban de de la commune de Pfaffenheim uniquement. Une grande partie de nos parcelles est située dans la zone d’appellation Grand Cru. Un choix rigoureux des produits utilisés, un enherbement des parcelles, des soins attentifs de nos vignes tout au long de l’année, une récolte entièrement manuelle (raisins triés et sélectionnés), sont autant de critères de qualité qui nous permettent de récolter des raisins sains et prometteurs.
En toute logique, à la cave: les interventions techniques pouvant altérer la vie bactérienne du vin sont proscrites, ainsi que tout ajout de produit chimique, à l'exception, si besoin, de sulfites en très faible quantité. Les doses maximales de SO² total tolérées sont de 30 mg/l pour les rouges, 40 mg/l pour les blancs.
