This is a perfectly balanced Gamay! Wonderful fruit and bright acidity, light and digestible - a real Beaujolais (11.5%) and a beauty compared to so many 2015 conventional bojo block busters
Dans le cheminement de la découverte des vin nature nous sommes passé aux rouges en commençant par un beaujolais dans lés gamay en magnum. Il renarde dès son ouverture tout en étant très glouglou. Vite celui ci c’est évaporé. Une expérience et une bonne découverte. A renouveler pour sur.
Dégusté a 12° dès l'ouverture le nez est très agréable, baigné dans le fruit confit, très fruité. En bouche c'est très agréable, frais, des aromatiques très présentes et une belle longueur. Le tout s'est un peut effacé au fil des verres pour arriver sur un dernier verre un peu moins exaltant que les premiers. Une belle bouteille qui traduit tout le travail du vigneron.
