We are two brothers, with experience and winery tradition, third generation. Our dream has always been to make wine with the family's vineyards, (8Has in dry land) but wine without applying phytosanitary or herbicides in the vineyard, manual collection in boxes and with minimal intervention in the winery, working without sulphites or yeasts commercial, manual pressing, without clarifications, and with some light filtering of roughing to obtain and make known the true flavor of the wines of this land. We make white wine (Macabeo) and rosé by the method ancestral. And red garnacha wines from 14-15 are made in stainless steel tanks and used oak barrels. Bottling and labeling is done manually.
