Voi is my 5th project for a winery in Greece, in the old and small appellation area called ''Rapsani''. In this small region vine growing and winemaking are at risk of disappearing and, as for the other projects, here my goal is to preserve, educate and protect the artisan vine growing of the local grapes and the natural vinification.
