We are two young winegrowers based in a historic cellar in the village of Aubais (30). In addition to our vines on shimmering Valenginian limestone, we are also wine merchants. From the Rhéne valley to the Roussillon mountains, taking the paths of Languedoc, we met many people. the passionate winegrowers with whom we work in partnership to create unique wines.

Each micro-cuvée is the expression of a region, its terroir and its grape varieties. All the grapes are harvested manually, certified in organic farming and cultivated with respect for nature. The wines are vinified without adding sulphites and bottled with minimal inputs. Minimalist but precise vinification allows us to obtain organic, pure and qualitative wines.
