Originally from San Sebastian - Basque Country - engineer by training but a cyclist by vocation, I followed a route that was not laid out for simple guts. This road, full of switchbacks, deformed me to become this "homeless winegrower" that I am. Today, I make 7,000 bottles divided into 5 cuvées. This is a very personal wine production that only seeks, through the history that the wines tell and the energy they contain, the creation of emotions and good for body and mind. , with this will to indulge with fresh balances and saline perceptions. The theme of my range is the Pyrenean Piedmont: Madiran, Pacherenc de Vic-Bilh, but also Vin de France to be more free of its choices, a wine in Spain, on the southern slopes of the Pyrenees ... I buy from the harvest to winegrowers with whom I work in confidence, I harvest it and I develop the wines in my own way: no inputs apart from a really very low dose of sulphites, plus a dose of inspiration, of taking risks , observation, tasting too, patience, energy, doubt, pleasure!

Originaire de San Sebastian - Pays Basque - ingénieur de formation mais cycliste de vocation, j'ai suivi une route qui n'était pas tracée pour de simples boyaux. Cette route, pleine de lacets, m'a déformé pour devenir ce "vigneron SDF" que je suis .
Aujourd'hui, j'élabore 7 000 bouteilles réparties en 5 cuvées.
Il s'agit d'une production de vins très personnelle qui ne fait que rechercher, par l'histoire que les vins racontent et l'énergie qu'ils contiennent, la création d'émotions et de bien au corps et à l'esprit, avec cette volonté de se livrer avec des équilibres frais et des perceptions salines.

La thématique de ma gamme est le piémont pyrénéen : Madiran, Pacherenc de Vic-Bilh, mais aussi Vin de France pour être plus libre de ses choix, un vin en Espagne, sur les versants du sud des Pyrénées... J'achète de la vendange à des vignerons avec qui je travaille en confiance, je la récolte et j'élabore les vins à ma façon : pas d'intrants à part une dose de sulfites vraiment très faible, plus une dose d'inspiration, de prise de risques, d'observation, de la dégustation aussi, de la patience, de l'énergie, du doute, du plaisir !
