Un vin naturel comme on les aiment...frais et franc, au nez à la fois fin et fort.
La délicatesse... agrumes confites, jus de citron, jus d'abricot, pointe d'ananas, herbes méditerranéennes. Un peu déçu, il a perdu son côté fleuri et hyper-aromatique qui m'avait tant séduit lors de sa dégustation en août 2019... ma faute, je n'aurais pas dû attendre. Il reste cependant très bon et s'améliore encore après ouverture (même après 2 jours!)
