Panduro is the shared dream of two friends, Henrik Falk and Ibon Apezteguia, who begin to make their first wines in a nomadic way and in collaboration with producer friends in Mallorca and Jumilla, using their infrastructure and selecting grapes from local farmers they get to know. Self-taught and always well advised by this circle of viticulturists that surrounds them, they are about to bottle their fourth vintage. “We make minimally intervened wines and we aspire to express what the terroir gives us, honestly and with little fanfare. We like well-made wines and we are inspired by both experimentation and tradition. We vinify what we like to drink”. 2021 marks a turning point in his project with the final acquisition of his own Plots. A small plot of old vines from Callet and Mantonegro, in the town of Felanitx, Mallorca, and the vineyard that gives the project its name, Panduro. 10 hectares of Monastrell over 60 years old in Yecla.

Panduro es el un sueño compartido de dos amigos, Henrik Falk e Ibon Apezteguia que empiezan a elabora sus primeros vinos de forma nómada y en colaboración con amigos productores en Mallorca y Jumilla, utilizando sus infraestructuras y seleccionando uva de agricultores locales que van conociendo. Autodidactas y siempre bien asesorados por este circulo de viticultores que les rodea están a punto de embotellar su cuarta añada.

“Elaboramos vinos mínimamente intervenidos y aspiramos a conseguir expresar lo que el terroir nos da, desde la honestidad y con pocas estridencias. Nos gustan los vinos bien elaborados y nos inspira tanto la experimentación como la tradición. Vinificamos lo que nos gusta beber”.

2021 marca un punto de inflexión en su proyecto con la adqusición finalmente de sus propias Parcelas. Una pequeña parcela de viñas vieja de Callet y Mantonegro, en la localidad de Felanitx, Mallorca y el viñedo que da nombre al proyecto, Panduro. 10 hectáreas de Monastrell de más de 60 años en Yecla.
